A Gift Tag From Santa because how will your kids know if the gift is from Santa if the big guy hasn't put on a tag?
These match in design the Free Printable Envelope and Letter from Santa that I also designed. So if you use these gift tags they will complete the set (and the kids will know it is from Santa for sure).
The top of the gift tag has an official seal stating it is from Santa's Workshop North Pole and a vintage image of Santa himself. While I love modern looking Santa tags I have always felt that a vintage look is more appropriate to someone who has been around for so long.
I also like being able to write the child's name in big letters so they can see it right away. This makes it easier for each child to spot their gifts.
Don't just use these Santa gift tags for you kids. Pop one on a friend's gift or your secret Santa recipient.
There are four gift tags on a page, print out:
One card stock either the mat or shiny versions. Cut out each tag (it would be best if you used a paper cutter to get straight lines) and punch a hole in the corner so you can attach the tag to your gift with a bit of ribbon.
If you can't get any card stock you could print out the Santa tag on regular paper and then using a glue stick you could glue it to your gift. This would look really good if you used a very plain gift wrap or even brown paper (hey, Santa is also environmentally concerned).
You could also combine the Santa tag with Santa Labels if you wanted it to look like a parcel that was just delivered from the North Pole.
You can use these tags on hostess gifts, secret Santa's, gifts for charity drives and gifts donated for fundraisers.
For charity drives and fundraisers leave the name blank for someone else to fill in. For your own children, if you are using your own handwriting remember to disguise it so the children won't recognize it. It might be better to as a neighbor or co-worker to write in their names.
This is a fun finishing touch on your gift from Santa.
